ASFC x YMCA 3v3 Summer Festival

  • When Is The Festival?

    Festival will take place on July 23rd, with games kicking off at 9am. Festival will last until around noon. 

  • Who & What Ages Can Enter?

    Festival is open to any young players, the only requirements are age. We will have x5 tournaments, all divided by age: 

    • U6s (All Players born 2017)
    • U7s (All Players born 2016)
    • U8s (All Players born 2015)
    • U9s (All Players born 2014)
    • U10s (All Players born 2013)
  • Where Will This Be Hosted?

    Festival will take place at Biltmore Church, Arden Campus. Full location details are at the bottom of the page. 

  • What Is The Festival Layout?

    Each age group will have a maximum of 8 teams registered. The 8 teams will be split into, x2 groups of four teams. Within the group stage, each team will play each other x1 time. The teams who place in 1st/2nd will advance to the Semi Finals, with the winners of those games reaching the final. Full rule book is below.

FAQs

I dont play for shield, can I participate?

YES!! Absolutely, as long as you have a team of 3-5 players you are good to go!

Why are you doing this tournament?

This is the first event ASFC & YMCA have collaborated on. Our aim is to create as many memorable opportunities for players as possible in WNC.

What is the Cost?

$50 per team; which is $10 per player.

Tournament Location

All games will take place at Biltmore Church, Arden Complex. We will use the football field & lower which are both directly in front of the car lot. We will have 10 mini fields set up and will send out the field numbers/layout once you have submitted your roster.
