Seen as though you can’t come to us, let us bring Shield to you!
We will be hosting x3 Zoom training sessions per week.
All Shield families will be sent a link to join the Zoom call and players will be able to follow the coach throughout the session. Players will need a ball to take part in the session (additional objects may be needed in each session but will be announced prior, ie pen/paper). As coaches, we know that not all players will have cones, ladders etc, so we will have to be creative and use household items like bottles/socks/shoes as cone replacements. Be creative. We will make it as simple as possible. Depending on the space you have available, you can participate in your garden, living room, porch, anywhere you can find your own space.
Sessions will include various activities such as; Ball mastery, Dribbling, Juggling, Core workouts, Stretching, Cardio and others. Coaches will be as creative as we can so that players still get some activities while in the comfort of your home.
Starting next week, May 4th & 6th. We will start our weekly sessions. They will continue until the end of our Stay At Home Order is released. Mondays & Wednesday’s & Friday’s @ 5pm.
